Hall Audio Wifi Streamer
The HALL WiFi Streamer is a great solution to continue using your Bang & Olufsen speakers on your NON B&O TV.
Here are some details about this handy streamer:
The HALL WiFi Streamer offers a wireless music streaming experience. It has a built-in 5V trigger signal and connects to various streaming services and plays over the active speakers, making it easy to stream your music from your phone, tablet or computer.
Installation:
Connect the WiFi streamer to the active speakers with the supplied Din Y cable to RJ45,
plug it in and connect via the app and follow the instructions.
You're now ready to play directly via AirPlay 2, Bluetooth 5 or Spotify/deezer/Qubuz or TuneIn radio) from your phone or tablet.
TV sound quality:
Connect the HALL WiFi Streamer directly to your TV via the HDMI-ARC connection (TV) (HDMI cable included)
You keep the volume control with your regular remote control and enjoy the sound through your Beolab speakers.
The streamer automatically switches to HDMI every time you turn on your TV, regardless of which output you were previously using.
Vinyl/record player:
Do you want to connect your record player?
Use an external RIAA amplifier and connect the output to the input of the WiFi streamer (via the RJ45 connection) to listen to the app via Line-in.
Important:
The HALL WiFi Streamer is not compatible with Beolab 5.
Please note, some Louwe TVs have their own TV and radio button, these are controlled separately via software in the TV, this can disrupt the HDMI-Arc signal, so turn the TV off and on again to switch from radio to TV or vice versa .
